American Spirit 10th anniversary meeting Palanga 2010

Haiz!

So atlast I'm home from a very very big and nice weekend. This weekend was spent in Palanga. why? Because there was american vehicle meeting organized by American Spirit (http://www.americanspirit.lt/) Lithuania american vehicle federation.
First day:
I couldn't decide when to arrive on friday or early in the morning on saturday. Then my dad told me that there will be few cars who drives to Palanga on friday and have a little cruise around Lithuania. So i decided to go on Friday and guess what - it was a very good idea! :)
So we were in old Cross Hill, then in Plunge and then we arrived in Palanga. And guess what - lithuanians gave us to taste their beer for free! because we arrived on friday! :)) Cheers!
Then we had a little night cruising to Palanga. A little tire burning and drifting to cheer up little town!
And then came the night - I with my buddy Roberts went to see how lithuanians spend friday evenings. And the answer is - the same as we! :D
Met two very beatifull lithuanian girls - Martyna and Grieta.
Went together for a night swimming - and then came the storm! :@ but still it was a quite good night! :) went to the bed at about 4:00 AM.

Second day:
I woke up at about 7:20 to get ready for the day. It was very hard, but I did it! So we placed our cars in camping place parking lot and then we had the first competition - engine sound testing. I had no idea how loud is my cars engine, but I thought that it's one of the lowest, but for a surprise it was one of the loudest - 104,8 dB. The most loudest engine was Ford Mustang turbo 4.8L V6 engine - 118,6 dB and the lowest was 84,4 Chrysler 300C with 6.2L stock engine. Some cars had louder mufflers than engines! :p
Then we had the first cruise to Sventoje. There we had the next competition - mini slalom. About that - see the videos later! ;)
Then we cruised back to Palanga and set up in the main walking Basanavičiaus street. Then there was rewarding time for best cars and audience award. Some prizes were really earned, but some... well... it's only mi opinion.
And the came the night life again. Date with Martyna and Grieta. Dancing, some cocktails and sitting in the beach - watching stars, talking and diong some stupid things... some sands in the eyes and some ankle sprain - we are young and do many ... things :))
went to bed at about 6:00 thinking about good time I had and about that I have to leave tomorrow...

Third day:

My dad woke me up at about 7:40... damnet... :D I want to sleep...
Then I found otu, that Roberts have left my t-shirt and his swimming shorts with Grieta and we succeeded to meet the girls again! :)
